Why we exist

Too much workplace training is watched, ticked and forgotten, while the work itself changesfaster than the training keeps up. AI, new regulation and new risks are rewriting jobs everyyear.

We were founded on a simple belief: people should practise before they perform, andemployers should be able to evidence that they did. AI and immersive technology are how wedeliver it.

A worker on a remote site should get the same training, to the same standard, as one ina city office.
